何西阿书
何西阿书第1章
何1:1
The word of the LORD that came to Hosea son of Beeri during the reigns of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, and during the reign of Jeroboam son of Jehoash king of Israel:
当乌西雅、约坦、亚哈斯、希西家作犹大王，约阿施的儿子耶罗波安作以色列王的时候，耶和华的话临到备利的儿子何西阿。
何1:2
When the LORD began to speak through Hosea, the LORD said to him, “Go, take to yourself an adulterous wife and children of unfaithfulness, because the land is guilty of the vilest adultery in departing from the LORD.”
耶和华初次与何西阿说话，对他说：“你去娶淫妇为妻，也收那从淫乱所生的儿女；因为这地大行淫乱，离弃耶和华。”
何1:3
So he married Gomer daughter of Diblaim, and she conceived and bore him a son.
于是，何西阿去娶了滴拉音的女儿歌蔑。这妇人怀孕，给他生了一个儿子。
何1:4
Then the LORD said to Hosea, “Call him Jezreel, because I will soon punish the house of Jehu for the massacre at Jezreel, and I will put an end to the kingdom of Israel.
耶和华对何西阿说：“给他起名叫耶斯列；因为再过片时，我必讨耶户家在耶斯列杀人流血的罪，也必使以色列家的国灭绝。
何1:5
In that day I will break Israel’s bow in the Valley of Jezreel.”
到那日，我必在耶斯列平原折断以色列的弓。”
何1:6
Gomer conceived again and gave birth to a daughter. Then the LORD said to Hosea, “Call her Lo-Ruhamah, for I will no longer show love to the house of Israel, that I should at all forgive them.
歌篾又怀孕生了一个女儿，耶和华对何西阿说：“给她起名叫罗路哈玛（就是“不蒙怜悯”的意思）；因为我必不再怜悯以色列家，决不赦免他们。
何1:7
Yet I will show love to the house of Judah; and I will save them–not by bow, sword or battle, or by horses and horsemen, but by the LORD their God.”
我却要怜悯犹大家，使他们靠耶和华他们的 神得救，不使他们靠弓、刀、争战、马匹与马兵得救。”
何1:8
After she had weaned Lo-Ruhamah, Gomer had another son.
歌篾给罗路哈玛断奶以后，又怀孕生了一个儿子。
何1:9
Then the LORD said, “Call him Lo-Ammi, for you are not my people, and I am not your God.
耶和华说：“给他起名叫罗阿米（就是“非我民”的意思）；因为你们不作我的子民，我也不作你们的 神。
何1:10
“Yet the Israelites will be like the sand on the seashore, which cannot be measured or counted. In the place where it was said to them, ‘You are not my people,’ they will be called ‘sons of the living God.’
然而，以色列的人数必如海沙，不可量，不可数。从前在什么地方对他们说：‘你们不是我的子民’，将来在那里必对他们说：‘你们是永生 神的儿子。’
何1:11
The people of Judah and the people of Israel will be reunited, and they will appoint one leader and will come up out of the land, for great will be the day of Jezreel.
犹大人和以色列人必一同聚集，为自己立一个首领，从这地上去（或作“从被掳之地上来”），因为耶斯列的日子必为大日。
何西阿书第2章
何2:1
“Say of your brothers, ‘My people,’ and of your sisters, ‘My loved one.’
你们要称你们的弟兄为阿米（就是“我民”的意思）；称你们的姐妹为路哈玛（就是“蒙怜悯”的意思）。
何2:2
“Rebuke your mother, rebuke her, for she is not my wife, and I am not her husband. Let her remove the adulterous look from her face and the unfaithfulness from between her breasts.
你们要与你们的母亲大大争辩，因为她不是我的妻子，我也不是她的丈夫。叫她除掉脸上的淫像和胸间的淫态，
何2:3
Otherwise I will strip her naked and make her as bare as on the day she was born; I will make her like a desert, turn her into a parched land, and slay her with thirst.
免得我剥她的衣服，使她赤体与才生的时候一样；使她如旷野，如干旱之地，因渴而死。
何2:4
I will not show my love to her children, because they are the children of adultery.
我必不怜悯她的儿女，因为他们是从淫乱而生的。
何2:5
Their mother has been unfaithful and has conceived them in disgrace. She said, ‘I will go after my lovers, who give me my food and my water, my wool and my linen, my oil and my drink.’
他们的母亲行了淫乱，怀他们的母做了可羞耻的事，因为她说：‘我要随从所爱的，我的饼、水、羊毛、麻、油、酒都是他们给的。’
何2:6
Therefore I will block her path with thornbushes; I will wall her in so that she cannot find her way.
因此，我必用荆棘堵塞她的道，筑墙挡住她，使她找不着路。
何2:7
She will chase after her lovers but not catch them; she will look for them but not find them. Then she will say, ‘I will go back to my husband as at first, for then I was better off than now.’
她必追随所爱的，却追不上；她必寻找他们，却寻不见。便说：‘我要归回前夫，因我那时的光景比如今还好。’
何2:8
She has not acknowledged that I was the one who gave her the grain, the new wine and oil, who lavished on her the silver and gold–which they used for Baal.
她不知道是我给她五谷、新酒和油，又加增她的金银，她却以此供奉（或作“制造”）巴力。
何2:9
“Therefore I will take away my grain when it ripens, and my new wine when it is ready. I will take back my wool and my linen, intended to cover her nakedness.
因此，到了收割的日子，出酒的时候，我必将我的五谷、新酒收回，也必将她应当遮体的羊毛和麻夺回来。
何2:10
So now I will expose her lewdness before the eyes of her lovers; no one will take her out of my hands.
如今我必在她所爱的眼前显露她的丑态，必无人能救她脱离我的手。
何2:11
I will stop all her celebrations: her yearly festivals, her New Moons, her Sabbath days–all her appointed feasts.
我也必使她的宴乐、节期、月朔、安息日，并她的一切大会，都止息了。
何2:12
I will ruin her vines and her fig trees, which she said were her pay from her lovers; I will make them a thicket, and wild animals will devour them.
我也必毁坏她的葡萄树和无花果树，就是她说‘这是我所爱的给我为赏赐’的。我必使这些树变为荒林，为田野的走兽所吃。
何2:13
I will punish her for the days she burned incense to the Baals; she decked herself with rings and jewelry, and went after her lovers, but me she forgot,” declares the LORD.
我必追讨她素日给诸巴力烧香的罪，那时她佩带耳环和别样妆饰，随从她所爱的，却忘记我。”这是耶和华说的。
何2:14
“Therefore I am now going to allure her; I will lead her into the desert and speak tenderly to her.
“后来我必劝导她，领她到旷野，对她说安慰的话。
何2:15
There I will give her back her vineyards, and will make the Valley of Achor a door of hope. There she will sing as in the days of her youth, as in the day she came up out of Egypt.
她从那里出来，我必赐她葡萄园，又赐她亚割谷作为指望的门。她必在那里应声（或作“歌唱”），与幼年的日子一样，与从埃及地上来的时候相同。”
何2:16
“In that day,” declares the LORD, “you will call me ‘my husband’; you will no longer call me ‘my master.’
耶和华说：“那日你必称呼我伊施（就是“我夫”的意思），不再称呼我巴力（就是“我主”的意思）。
何2:17
I will remove the names of the Baals from her lips; no longer will their names be invoked.
因为我必从我民的口中除掉诸巴力的名号，这名号不再提起。
何2:18
In that day I will make a covenant for them with the beasts of the field and the birds of the air and the creatures that move along the ground. Bow and sword and battle I will abolish from the land, so that all may lie down in safety.
当那日，我必为我的民与田野的走兽和空中的飞鸟，并地上的昆虫立约。又必在国中折断弓刀，止息争战，使他们安然躺卧。
何2:19
I will betroth you to me forever; I will betroth you in righteousness and justice, in love and compassion.
我必聘你永远归我为妻，以仁义、公平、慈爱、怜悯聘你归我，
何2:20
I will betroth you in faithfulness, and you will acknowledge the LORD.
也以诚实聘你归我，你就必认识我耶和华。”
何2:21
“In that day I will respond,” declares the LORD–“I will respond to the skies, and they will respond to the earth;
耶和华说：“那日我必应允，我必应允天，天必应允地；
何2:22
and the earth will respond to the grain, the new wine and oil, and they will respond to Jezreel.
地必应允五谷、新酒和油，这些必应允耶斯列民（“耶斯列”就是“ 神栽种的”意思）。
何2:23
I will plant her for myself in the land; I will show my love to the one I called ‘Not my loved one.’ I will say to those called ‘Not my people,’ ‘You are my people’; and they will say, ‘You are my God.’”
我必将他种在这地。素不蒙怜悯的，我必怜悯；本非我民的，我必对他说：‘你是我的民。’他必说：‘你是我的 神。’”
何西阿书第3章
何3:1
The LORD said to me, “Go, show your love to your wife again, though she is loved by another and is an adulteress. Love her as the LORD loves the Israelites, though they turn to other gods and love the sacred raisin cakes.”
耶和华对我说：“你再去爱一个淫妇，就是她情人所爱的；好像以色列人，虽然偏向别 神，喜爱葡萄饼，耶和华还是爱他们。”
何3:2
So I bought her for fifteen shekels of silver and about a homer and a lethek of barley.
我便用银子十五舍客勒，大麦一贺梅珥半，买她归我。
何3:3
Then I told her, “You are to live with me many days; you must not be a prostitute or be intimate with any man, and I will live with you.”
我对她说：“你当多日为我独居，不可行淫，不可归别人为妻，我向你也必这样。”
何3:4
For the Israelites will live many days without king or prince, without sacrifice or sacred stones, without ephod or idol.
以色列人也必多日独居，无君王、无首领、无祭祀、无柱像、无以弗得、无家中的神像。
何3:5
Afterward the Israelites will return and seek the LORD their God and David their king. They will come trembling to the LORD and to his blessings in the last days.
后来以色列人必归回（或作“回心转意”），寻求他们的 神耶和华和他们的王大卫。在末后的日子，必以敬畏的心归向耶和华，领受他的恩惠。
何西阿书第4章
何4:1
Hear the word of the LORD, you Israelites, because the LORD has a charge to bring against you who live in the land: “There is no faithfulness, no love, no acknowledgment of God in the land.
“以色列人哪，你们当听耶和华的话。耶和华与这地的居民争辩，因这地上无诚实，无良善，无人认识 神。
何4:2
There is only cursing, lying and murder, stealing and adultery; they break all bounds, and bloodshed follows bloodshed.
但起假誓、不践前言、杀害、偷盗、奸淫、行强暴、杀人流血，接连不断。
何4:3
Because of this the land mourns, and all who live in it waste away; the beasts of the field and the birds of the air and the fish of the sea are dying.
因此，这地悲哀，其上的民、田野的兽、空中的鸟必都衰微，海中的鱼也必消灭。
何4:4
“But let no man bring a charge, let no man accuse another, for your people are like those who bring charges against a priest.
然而，人都不必争辩，也不必指责，因为这民与抗拒祭司的人一样。
何4:5
You stumble day and night, and the prophets stumble with you. So I will destroy your mother–
你这祭司必日间跌倒；先知也必夜间与你一同跌倒。我必灭绝你的母亲。
何4:6
my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. “Because you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you as my priests; because you have ignored the law of your God, I also will ignore your children.
我的民因无知识而灭亡。你弃掉知识，我也必弃掉你，使你不再给我作祭司；你既忘了你 神的律法，我也必忘记你的儿女。
何4:7
The more the priests increased, the more they sinned against me; they exchanged their Glory for something disgraceful.
祭司越发增多，就越发得罪我；我必使他们的荣耀变为羞辱。
何4:8
They feed on the sins of my people and relish their wickedness.
他们吃我民的赎罪祭，满心愿意我民犯罪。
何4:9
And it will be: Like people, like priests. I will punish both of them for their ways and repay them for their deeds.
将来民如何，祭司也必如何。我必因他们所行的惩罚他们，照他们所做的报应他们。
何4:10
“They will eat but not have enough; they will engage in prostitution but not increase, because they have deserted the LORD to give themselves
他们吃，却不得饱；行淫，而不得立后；因为他们离弃耶和华，不遵他的命。
何4:11
to prostitution, to old wine and new, which take away the understanding
奸淫和酒，并新酒，夺去人的心。
何4:12
of my people. They consult a wooden idol and are answered by a stick of wood. A spirit of prostitution leads them astray; they are unfaithful to their God.
我的民求问木偶，以为木杖能指示他们，因为他们的淫心使他们失迷，他们就行淫离弃 神，不守约束。
何4:13
They sacrifice on the mountaintops and burn offerings on the hills, under oak, poplar and terebinth, where the shade is pleasant. Therefore your daughters turn to prostitution and your daughters-in-law to adultery.
在各山顶，各高冈的橡树、杨树、栗树之下献祭烧香，因为树影美好。所以，你们的女儿淫乱，你们的新妇（或作“儿妇”。下同）行淫。
何4:14
“I will not punish your daughters when they turn to prostitution, nor your daughters-in-law when they commit adultery, because the men themselves consort with harlots and sacrifice with shrine prostitutes–a people without understanding will come to ruin!
你们的女儿淫乱，你们的新妇行淫，我却不惩罚她们，因为你们自己离群与娼妓同居，与妓女一同献祭。这无知的民必致倾倒！
何4:15
“Though you commit adultery, O Israel, let not Judah become guilty. “Do not go to Gilgal; do not go up to Beth Aven. And do not swear, ‘As surely as the LORD lives!’
以色列啊，你虽然行淫，犹大却不可犯罪。不要往吉甲去，不要上到伯亚文，也不要指着永生的耶和华起誓。
何4:16
The Israelites are stubborn, like a stubborn heifer. How then can the LORD pasture them like lambs in a meadow?
以色列倔强，犹如倔强的母牛；现在耶和华要放他们，如同放羊羔在宽阔之地。
何4:17
Ephraim is joined to idols; leave him alone!
以法莲亲近偶像，任凭他吧！
何4:18
Even when their drinks are gone, they continue their prostitution; their rulers dearly love shameful ways.
他们所喝的已经发酸，他们时常行淫，他们的官长最爱羞耻的事。
何4:19
A whirlwind will sweep them away, and their sacrifices will bring them shame.
风把他们裹在翅膀里；他们因所献的祭必致蒙羞。
何西阿书第5章
何5:1
“Hear this, you priests! Pay attention, you Israelites! Listen, O royal house! This judgment is against you: You have been a snare at Mizpah, a net spread out on Tabor.
众祭司啊，要听我的话！（以色列家啊，要留心听！王家啊，要侧耳而听！审判要临到你们，因你们在米斯巴如网罗，在他泊山如铺张的网。
何5:2
The rebels are deep in slaughter. I will discipline all of them.
这些悖逆的人肆行杀戮，罪孽极深；我却斥责他们众人。
何5:3
I know all about Ephraim; Israel is not hidden from me. Ephraim, you have now turned to prostitution; Israel is corrupt.
以法莲为我所知，以色列不能向我隐藏。以法莲哪，现在你行淫了，以色列被玷污了。
何5:4
“Their deeds do not permit them to return to their God. A spirit of prostitution is in their heart; they do not acknowledge the LORD.
他们所行的使他们不能归向 神，因有淫心在他们里面，他们也不认识耶和华。
何5:5
Israel’s arrogance testifies against them; the Israelites, even Ephraim, stumble in their sin; Judah also stumbles with them.
以色列的骄傲当面见证自己；故此，以色列和以法莲必因自己的罪孽跌倒，犹大也必与他们一同跌倒。
何5:6
When they go with their flocks and herds to seek the LORD, they will not find him; he has withdrawn himself from them.
他们必牵着牛羊去寻求耶和华，却寻不见，他已经转去离开他们。
何5:7
They are unfaithful to the LORD; they give birth to illegitimate children. Now their New Moon festivals will devour them and their fields.
他们向耶和华行事诡诈，生了私子。到了月朔，他们与他们的地业必被吞灭。
何5:8
“Sound the trumpet in Gibeah, the horn in Ramah. Raise the battle cry in Beth Aven; lead on, O Benjamin.
你们当在基比亚吹角，在拉玛吹号，在伯亚文吹出大声说：便雅悯哪，有仇敌在你后头！
何5:9
Ephraim will be laid waste on the day of reckoning. Among the tribes of Israel I proclaim what is certain.
在责罚的日子，以法莲必变为荒场。我在以色列支派中，指示将来必成的事。
何5:10
Judah’s leaders are like those who move boundary stones. I will pour out my wrath on them like a flood of water.
犹大的首领如同挪移地界的人，我必将忿怒倒在他们身上，如水一般。
何5:11
Ephraim is oppressed, trampled in judgment, intent on pursuing idols.
以法莲因乐从人的命令，就受欺压，被审判压碎。
何5:12
I am like a moth to Ephraim, like rot to the people of Judah.
我使以法莲如虫蛀之物，使犹大家如朽烂之木。
何5:13
“When Ephraim saw his sickness, and Judah his sores, then Ephraim turned to Assyria, and sent to the great king for help. But he is not able to cure you, not able to heal your sores.
以法莲见自己有病，犹大见自己有伤，他们就打发人往亚述去见耶雷布王，他却不能医治你们，不能治好你们的伤。
何5:14
For I will be like a lion to Ephraim, like a great lion to Judah. I will tear them to pieces and go away; I will carry them off, with no one to rescue them.
我必向以法莲如狮子，向犹大家如少壮狮子。我必撕裂而去，我要夺去，无人搭救。
何5:15
Then I will go back to my place until they admit their guilt. And they will seek my face; in their misery they will earnestly seek me.”
我要回到原处，等他们自觉有罪（或作“承认己罪”），寻求我面；他们在急难的时候，必切切寻求我。”
何西阿书第6章
何6:1
“Come, let us return to the LORD. He has torn us to pieces but he will heal us; he has injured us but he will bind up our wounds.
“来吧，我们归向耶和华！他撕裂我们，也必医治；他打伤我们，也必缠裹。
何6:2
After two days he will revive us; on the third day he will restore us, that we may live in his presence.
过两天他必使我们苏醒，第三天他必使我们兴起，我们就在他面前得以存活。
何6:3
Let us acknowledge the LORD; let us press on to acknowledge him. As surely as the sun rises, he will appear; he will come to us like the winter rains, like the spring rains that water the earth.”
我们务要认识耶和华，竭力追求认识他。他出现确如晨光；他必临到我们像甘雨，像滋润田地的春雨。”
何6:4
“What can I do with you, Ephraim? What can I do with you, Judah? Your love is like the morning mist, like the early dew that disappears.
主说，以法莲哪，我可向你怎样行呢？犹大啊，我可向你怎样做呢？因为你们的良善，如同早晨的云雾，又如速散的甘露。
何6:5
Therefore I cut you in pieces with my prophets, I killed you with the words of my mouth; my judgments flashed like lightning upon you.
因此，我借先知砍伐他们，以我口中的话杀戮他们，我施行的审判如光发出。
何6:6
For I desire mercy, not sacrifice, and acknowledgment of God rather than burnt offerings.
我喜爱良善（或作“怜恤”），不喜爱祭祀；喜爱认识 神，胜于燔祭！
何6:7
Like Adam, they have broken the covenant–they were unfaithful to me there.
他们却如亚当背约，在境内向我行事诡诈。
何6:8
Gilead is a city of wicked men, stained with footprints of blood.
基列是作孽之人的城，被血沾染。
何6:9
As marauders lie in ambush for a man, so do bands of priests; they murder on the road to Shechem, committing shameful crimes.
强盗成群，怎样埋伏杀人；祭司结党，也照样在示剑的路上杀戮，行了邪恶。
何6:10
I have seen a horrible thing in the house of Israel. There Ephraim is given to prostitution and Israel is defiled.
在以色列家我见了可憎的事，在以法莲那里有淫行，以色列被玷污。
何6:11
“Also for you, Judah, a harvest is appointed.
“犹大啊，我使被掳之民归回的时候，必有为你所命定的收场。
何西阿书第7章
何7:1
“Whenever I would restore the fortunes of my people, whenever I would heal Israel, the sins of Ephraim are exposed and the crimes of Samaria revealed. They practice deceit, thieves break into houses, bandits rob in the streets;
我想医治以色列的时候，以法莲的罪孽和撒马利亚的罪恶就显露出来。他们行事虚谎，内有贼人入室偷窃；外有强盗成群骚扰。
何7:2
but they do not realize that I remember all their evil deeds. Their sins engulf them; they are always before me.
他们心里并不思想我记念他们的一切恶；他们所行的现在缠绕他们，都在我面前。
何7:3
“They delight the king with their wickedness, the princes with their lies.
他们行恶使君王欢喜，说谎使首领喜乐。
何7:4
They are all adulterers, burning like an oven whose fire the baker need not stir from the kneading of the dough till it rises.
他们都是行淫的，像火炉被烤饼的烧热，从抟面到发面的时候，暂不使火着旺。
何7:5
On the day of the festival of our king the princes become inflamed with wine, and he joins hands with the mockers.
在我们王宴乐的日子，首领因酒的烈性成病；王与亵慢人拉手。
何7:6
Their hearts are like an oven; they approach him with intrigue. Their passion smolders all night; in the morning it blazes like a flaming fire.
首领埋伏的时候，心中热如火炉，就如烤饼的整夜睡卧，到了早晨火气炎炎。
何7:7
All of them are hot as an oven; they devour their rulers. All their kings fall, and none of them calls on me.
众民也热如火炉，烧灭他们的官长。他们的君王都仆倒而死；他们中间无一人求告我。
何7:8
“Ephraim mixes with the nations; Ephraim is a flat cake not turned over.
以法莲与列邦人搀杂，以法莲是没有翻过的饼。
何7:9
Foreigners sap his strength, but he does not realize it. His hair is sprinkled with gray, but he does not notice.
外邦人吞吃他劳力得来的，他却不知道；头发斑白，他也不觉得。
何7:10
Israel’s arrogance testifies against him, but despite all this he does not return to the LORD his God or search for him.
以色列的骄傲当面见证自己，虽遭遇这一切，他们仍不归向耶和华他们的 神，也不寻求他。
何7:11
“Ephraim is like a dove, easily deceived and senseless–now calling to Egypt, now turning to Assyria.
以法莲好像鸽子愚蠢无知：他们求告埃及，投奔亚述。
何7:12
When they go, I will throw my net over them; I will pull them down like birds of the air. When I hear them flocking together, I will catch them.
他们去的时候，我必将我的网撒在他们身上，我要打下他们如同空中的鸟。我必按他们会众所听见的惩罚他们。
何7:13
Woe to them, because they have strayed from me! Destruction to them, because they have rebelled against me! I long to redeem them but they speak lies against me.
他们因离弃我，必定有祸；因违背我，必被毁灭。我虽要救赎他们，他们却向我说谎。
何7:14
They do not cry out to me from their hearts but wail upon their beds. They gather together for grain and new wine but turn away from me.
他们并不诚心哀求我，乃在床上呼号。他们为求五谷新酒聚集，仍然悖逆我。
何7:15
I trained them and strengthened them, but they plot evil against me.
我虽教导他们，坚固他们的膀臂，他们竟图谋抗拒我。
何7:16
They do not turn to the Most High; they are like a faulty bow. Their leaders will fall by the sword because of their insolent words. For this they will be ridiculed in the land of Egypt.
他们归向，却不归向至上者；他们如同翻背的弓。他们的首领必因舌头的狂傲倒在刀下，这在埃及地必作人的讥笑。
何西阿书第8章
何8:1
“Put the trumpet to your lips! An eagle is over the house of the LORD because the people have broken my covenant and rebelled against my law.
你用口吹角吧！敌人如鹰来攻打耶和华的家，因为这民违背我的约，干犯我的律法。
何8:2
Israel cries out to me, ‘O our God, we acknowledge you!’
他们必呼叫我说：‘我的 神啊！我们以色列认识你了！’
何8:3
But Israel has rejected what is good; an enemy will pursue him.
以色列丢弃良善（或作“福分”），仇敌必追逼他。
何8:4
They set up kings without my consent; they choose princes without my approval. With their silver and gold they make idols for themselves to their own destruction.
他们立君王，却不由我；他们立首领，我却不认。他们用金银为自己制造偶像，以致被剪除。
何8:5
Throw out your calf-idol, O Samaria! My anger burns against them. How long will they be incapable of purity?
撒马利亚啊！耶和华已经丢弃你的牛犊；我的怒气向拜牛犊的人发作，他们到几时方能无罪呢？
何8:6
They are from Israel! This calf–a craftsman has made it; it is not God. It will be broken in pieces, that calf of Samaria.
这牛犊出于以色列，是匠人所造的，并不是 神！撒马利亚的牛犊必被打碎。
何8:7
“They sow the wind and reap the whirlwind. The stalk has no head; it will produce no flour. Were it to yield grain, foreigners would swallow it up.

Israel is swallowed up; now she is among the nations like a worthless thing.
以色列被吞吃，现今在列国中，好像人不喜悦的器皿。

For they have gone up to Assyria like a wild donkey wandering alone. Ephraim has sold herself to lovers.
他们投奔亚述，如同独行的野驴。以法莲贿买朋党。
何8:10
Although they have sold themselves among the nations, I will now gather them together. They will begin to waste away under the oppression of the mighty king.
他们虽在列邦中贿买人，现在我却要聚集惩罚他们。他们因君王和首领所加的重担，日渐衰微。
何8:11
“Though Ephraim built many altars for sin offerings, these have become altars for sinning.
以法莲增添祭坛取罪，因此，祭坛使他犯罪。
何8:12
I wrote for them the many things of my law, but they regarded them as something alien.
我为他写了律法万条，他却以为与他毫无关涉。
何8:13
They offer sacrifices given to me and they eat the meat, but the LORD is not pleased with them. Now he will remember their wickedness and punish their sins: They will return to Egypt.
至于献给我的祭物，他们自食其肉，耶和华却不悦纳他们。现在必记念他们的罪孽，追讨他们的罪恶；他们必归回埃及。
何8:14
Israel has forgotten his Maker and built palaces; Judah has fortified many towns. But I will send fire upon their cities that will consume their fortresses.”
以色列忘记造他的主，建造宫殿；犹大多造坚固城。我却要降火焚烧他的城邑，烧灭其中的宫殿。”
何西阿书第9章
何9:1
Do not rejoice, O Israel; do not be jubilant like the other nations. For you have been unfaithful to your God; you love the wages of a prostitute at every threshing floor.
以色列啊！不要像外邦人欢喜快乐！因为你行邪淫离弃你的 神，在各谷场上如妓女喜爱赏赐。
何9:2
Threshing floors and winepresses will not feed the people; the new wine will fail them.
谷场和酒榨都不够以色列人使用，新酒也必缺乏。
何9:3
They will not remain in the LORD’S land; Ephraim will return to Egypt and eat unclean food in Assyria.
他们必不得住耶和华的地；以法莲却要归回埃及，必在亚述吃不洁净的食物。
何9:4
They will not pour out wine offerings to the LORD, nor will their sacrifices please him. Such sacrifices will be to them like the bread of mourners; all who eat them will be unclean. This food will be for themselves; it will not come into the temple of the LORD.
他们必不得向耶和华奠酒，即便奠酒，也不蒙悦纳。他们的祭物，必如居丧者的食物，凡吃的必被玷污；因他们的食物，只为自己的口腹，必不奉入耶和华的殿。
何9:5
What will you do on the day of your appointed feasts, on the festival days of the LORD?
在大会的日子，到耶和华的节期，你们怎样行呢？
何9:6
Even if they escape from destruction, Egypt will gather them, and Memphis will bury them. Their treasures of silver will be taken over by briers, and thorns will overrun their tents.
看哪！他们逃避灾难，埃及人必收殓他们的尸首；摩弗人必葬埋他们的骸骨。他们用银子做的美物上必长蒺藜；他们的帐棚中必生荆棘。
何9:7
The days of punishment are coming, the days of reckoning are at hand. Let Israel know this. Because your sins are so many and your hostility so great, the prophet is considered a fool, the inspired man a maniac.
以色列人必知道降罚的日子临近，报应的时候来到。（民说：作先知的是愚昧，受灵感的是狂妄。）皆因他们多多作孽，大怀怨恨。
何9:8
The prophet, along with my God, is the watchman over Ephraim, yet snares await him on all his paths, and hostility in the house of his God.
以法莲曾作我 神守望的；至于先知，在他一切的道上作为捕鸟人的网罗，在他 神的家中怀怨恨。
何9:9
They have sunk deep into corruption, as in the days of Gibeah. God will remember their wickedness and punish them for their sins.
以法莲深深地败坏，如在基比亚的日子一样。耶和华必记念他们的罪孽，追讨他们的罪恶。
何9:10
“When I found Israel, it was like finding grapes in the desert; when I saw your fathers, it was like seeing the early fruit on the fig tree. But when they came to Baal Peor, they consecrated themselves to that shameful idol and became as vile as the thing they loved.
主说：“我遇见以色列如葡萄在旷野；我看见你们的列祖如无花果树上春季初熟的果子。他们却来到巴力毗珥专拜那可羞耻的，就成为可憎恶的，与他们所爱的一样。
何9:11
Ephraim’s glory will fly away like a bird–no birth, no pregnancy, no conception.
至于以法莲人，他们的荣耀必如鸟飞去，必不生产，不怀胎，不成孕。
何9:12
Even if they rear children, I will bereave them of every one. Woe to them when I turn away from them!
纵然养大儿女，我却必使他们丧子，甚至不留一个。我离弃他们，他们就有祸了。
何9:13
I have seen Ephraim, like Tyre, planted in a pleasant place. But Ephraim will bring out their children to the slayer.”
我看以法莲如推罗栽于美地。以法莲却要将自己的儿女带出来，交与行杀戮的人。”
何9:14
Give them, O LORD–what will you give them? Give them wombs that miscarry and breasts that are dry.
耶和华啊，求你加给他们，加什么呢？要使他们胎堕乳干。
何9:15
“Because of all their wickedness in Gilgal, I hated them there. Because of their sinful deeds, I will drive them out of my house. I will no longer love them; all their leaders are rebellious.
耶和华说：“他们一切的恶事都在吉甲，我在那里憎恶他们，因他们所行的恶，我必从我地上赶出他们去，不再怜爱他们；他们的首领都是悖逆的。
何9:16
Ephraim is blighted, their root is withered, they yield no fruit. Even if they bear children, I will slay their cherished offspring.”
以法莲受责罚，根本枯干，必不能结果；即或生产，我必杀他们所生的爱子。”
何9:17
My God will reject them because they have not obeyed him; they will be wanderers among the nations.
我的 神必弃绝他们，因为他们不听从他；他们也必飘流在列国中。
何西阿书第10章
何10:1
Israel was a spreading vine; he brought forth fruit for himself. As his fruit increased, he built more altars; as his land prospered, he adorned his sacred stones.
以色列是茂盛的葡萄树，结果繁多。果子越多，就越增添祭坛；地土越肥美，就越造美丽的柱像。
何10:2
Their heart is deceitful, and now they must bear their guilt. The LORD will demolish their altars and destroy their sacred stones.
他们心怀二意，现今要定为有罪。耶和华必拆毁他们的祭坛，毁坏他们的柱像。
何10:3
Then they will say, “We have no king because we did not revere the LORD. But even if we had a king, what could he do for us?”
他们必说：“我们没有王，因为我们不敬畏耶和华；王能为我们做什么呢？”
何10:4
They make many promises, take false oaths and make agreements; therefore lawsuits spring up like poisonous weeds in a plowed field.
他们为立约说谎言，起假誓；因此，灾罚如苦菜滋生在田间的犁沟中。
何10:5
The people who live in Samaria fear for the calf-idol of Beth Aven. Its people will mourn over it, and so will its idolatrous priests, those who had rejoiced over its splendor, because it is taken from them into exile.
撒马利亚的居民，必因伯亚文的牛犊惊恐；崇拜牛犊的民和喜爱牛犊的祭司，都必因荣耀离开它，为它悲哀。
何10:6
It will be carried to Assyria as tribute for the great king. Ephraim will be disgraced; Israel will be ashamed of its wooden idols.
人必将牛犊带到亚述当作礼物，献给耶雷布王。以法莲必蒙羞，以色列必因自己的计谋惭愧。
何10:7
Samaria and its king will float away like a twig on the surface of the waters.
至于撒玛利亚，她的王必灭没，如水面的沫子一样。
何10:8
The high places of wickedness will be destroyed–it is the sin of Israel. Thorns and thistles will grow up and cover their altars. Then they will say to the mountains, “Cover us!” and to the hills, “Fall on us!”
伯亚文的邱坛──就是以色列取罪的地方，必被毁灭，荆棘和蒺藜必长在他们的祭坛上。他们必对大山说：“遮盖我们！”对小山说：“倒在我们身上！”
何10:9
“Since the days of Gibeah, you have sinned, O Israel, and there you have remained. Did not war overtake the evildoers in Gibeah?

何10:10
When I please, I will punish them; nations will be gathered against them to put them in bonds for their double sin.

何10:11
Ephraim is a trained heifer that loves to thresh; so I will put a yoke on her fair neck. I will drive Ephraim, Judah must plow, and Jacob must break up the ground.
以法莲是驯良的母牛犊，喜爱踹谷，我却将轭加在它肥美的颈项上，我要使以法莲拉套（或作“被骑”），犹大必耕田，雅各必耙地。
何10:12
Sow for yourselves righteousness, reap the fruit of unfailing love, and break up your unplowed ground; for it is time to seek the LORD, until he comes and showers righteousness on you.
你们要为自己栽种公义，就能收割慈爱。现今正是寻求耶和华的时候，你们要开垦荒地，等他临到，使公义如雨降在你们身上。
何10:13
But you have planted wickedness, you have reaped evil, you have eaten the fruit of deception. Because you have depended on your own strength and on your many warriors,
你们耕种的是奸恶，收割的是罪孽，吃的是谎话的果子。因你倚靠自己的行为，仰赖勇士众多。
何10:14
the roar of battle will rise against your people, so that all your fortresses will be devastated–as Shalman devastated Beth Arbel on the day of battle, when mothers were dashed to the ground with their children.
所以在这民中必有哄嚷之声，你一切的保障必被拆毁，就如沙勒幔在争战的日子拆毁伯亚比勒，将其中的母子一同摔死。
何10:15
Thus will it happen to you, O Bethel, because your wickedness is great. When that day dawns, the king of Israel will be completely destroyed.
因他们的大恶，伯特利必使你们遭遇如此。到了黎明，以色列的王必全然灭绝。
何西阿书第11章
何11:1
“When Israel was a child, I loved him, and out of Egypt I called my son.
以色列年幼的时候我爱他，就从埃及召出我的儿子来。
何11:2
But the more I called Israel, the further they went from me. They sacrificed to the Baals and they burned incense to images.
先知越发招呼他们，他们越发走开，向诸巴力献祭，给雕刻的偶像烧香。
何11:3
It was I who taught Ephraim to walk, taking them by the arms; but they did not realize it was I who healed them.
我原教导以法莲行走，用膀臂抱着他们，他们却不知道是我医治他们。
何11:4
I led them with cords of human kindness, with ties of love; I lifted the yoke from their neck and bent down to feed them.
我用慈绳（“慈”原文作“人的”）爱索牵引他们，我待他们如人放松牛的两腮夹板，把粮食放在他们面前。
何11:5
“Will they not return to Egypt and will not Assyria rule over them because they refuse to repent?
他们必不归回埃及地，亚述人却要作他们的王，因他们不肯归向我。
何11:6
Swords will flash in their cities, will destroy the bars of their gates and put an end to their plans.
刀剑必临到他们的城邑，毁坏门闩，把人吞灭，都因他们随从自己的计谋。
何11:7
My people are determined to turn from me. Even if they call to the Most High, he will by no means exalt them.
我的民偏要背道离开我，众先知虽然招呼他们归向至上的主，却无人尊崇主。
何11:8
“How can I give you up, Ephraim? How can I hand you over, Israel? How can I treat you like Admah? How can I make you like Zeboiim? My heart is changed within me; all my compassion is aroused.
以法莲哪，我怎能舍弃你？以色列啊，我怎能弃绝你？我怎能使你如押玛？怎能使你如洗扁？我回心转意，我的怜爱大大发动。
何11:9
I will not carry out my fierce anger, nor will I turn and devastate Ephraim. For I am God, and not man–the Holy One among you. I will not come in wrath.
我必不发猛烈的怒气，也不再毁灭以法莲，因我是 神，并非世人；是你们中间的圣者，我必不在怒中临到你们。
何11:10
They will follow the LORD; he will roar like a lion. When he roars, his children will come trembling from the west.
耶和华必如狮子吼叫，子民必跟随他。他一吼叫，他们就从西方急速而来。
何11:11
They will come trembling like birds from Egypt, like doves from Assyria. I will settle them in their homes,” declares the LORD.
他们必如雀鸟从埃及急速而来，又如鸽子从亚述地来到。我必使他们住自己的房屋。”这是耶和华说的。
何11:12
Ephraim has surrounded me with lies, the house of Israel with deceit. And Judah is unruly against God, even against the faithful Holy One.
以法莲用谎话，以色列家用诡计围绕我；犹大却靠 神掌权，向圣者有忠心（或作“犹大向 神、向诚实的圣者犹疑不定”）。
何西阿书第12章
何12:1
Ephraim feeds on the wind; he pursues the east wind all day and multiplies lies and violence. He makes a treaty with Assyria and sends olive oil to Egypt.
以法莲吃风，且追赶东风，时常增添虚谎和强暴，与亚述立约，把油送到埃及。
何12:2
The LORD has a charge to bring against Judah; he will punish Jacob according to his ways and repay him according to his deeds.
耶和华与犹大争辩，必照雅各所行的惩罚他，按他所做的报应他。
何12:3
In the womb he grasped his brother’s heel; as a man he struggled with God.
他在腹中抓住哥哥的脚跟，壮年的时候与 神较力；
何12:4
He struggled with the angel and overcame him; he wept and begged for his favor. He found him at Bethel and talked with him there–
与天使较力，并且得胜，哭泣恳求，在伯特利遇见耶和华。
何12:5
the LORD God Almighty, the LORD is his name of renown!
耶和华万军之神在那里晓谕我们以色列人，耶和华是他可记念的名。
何12:6
But you must return to your God; maintain love and justice, and wait for your God always.
所以你当归向你的 神，谨守仁爱、公平，常常等候你的 神。
何12:7
The merchant uses dishonest scales; he loves to defraud.
以法莲是商人，手里有诡诈的天平，爱行欺骗。
何12:8
Ephraim boasts, “I am very rich; I have become wealthy. With all my wealth they will not find in me any iniquity or sin.”
以法莲说：“我果然成了富足，得了财宝，我所劳碌得来的，人必不见有什么不义，可算为罪的。”
何12:9
“I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt; I will make you live in tents again, as in the days of your appointed feasts.
“自从你出埃及地以来，我就是耶和华你的 神，我必使你再住帐棚，如在大会的日子一样。
何12:10
I spoke to the prophets, gave them many visions and told parables through them.”
我已晓谕众先知，并且加增默示，借先知设立比喻。”
何12:11
Is Gilead wicked? Its people are worthless! Do they sacrifice bulls in Gilgal? Their altars will be like piles of stones on a plowed field.
基列人没有罪孽吗？他们全然是虚假的。人在吉甲献牛犊为祭，他们的祭坛好像田间犁沟中的乱堆。
何12:12
Jacob fled to the country of Aram; Israel served to get a wife, and to pay for her he tended sheep.
从前雅各逃到亚兰地，以色列为得妻服侍人，为得妻与人放羊。
何12:13
The LORD used a prophet to bring Israel up from Egypt, by a prophet he cared for him.
耶和华借先知领以色列从埃及上来，以色列也藉先知而得保存。
何12:14
But Ephraim has bitterly provoked him to anger; his Lord will leave upon him the guilt of his bloodshed and will repay him for his contempt.
以法莲大大惹动主怒，所以他流血的罪，必归在他身上。主必将那因以法莲所受的羞辱归还他。
何西阿书第13章
何13:1
When Ephraim spoke, men trembled; he was exalted in Israel. But he became guilty of Baal worship and died.
从前以法莲说话，人都战兢，他在以色列中居处高位；但他在事奉巴力的事上犯罪，就死了。
何13:2
Now they sin more and more; they make idols for themselves from their silver, cleverly fashioned images, all of them the work of craftsmen. It is said of these people, “They offer human sacrifice and kiss the calf-idols.”
现今他们罪上加罪，用银子为自己铸造偶像，就是照自己的聪明制造，都是匠人的工作。有人论说：“献祭的人可以向牛犊亲嘴。”
何13:3
Therefore they will be like the morning mist, like the early dew that disappears, like chaff swirling from a threshing floor, like smoke escaping through a window.
因此，他们必如早晨的云雾，又如速散的甘露，像场上的糠秕被狂风吹去，又像烟气腾于窗外。
何13:4
“But I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt. You shall acknowledge no God but me, no Savior except me.
“自从你出埃及地以来，我就是耶和华你的 神。在我以外，你不可认识别 神；除我以外并没有救主。
何13:5
I cared for you in the desert, in the land of burning heat.
我曾在旷野干旱之地认识你。
何13:6
When I fed them, they were satisfied; when they were satisfied, they became proud; then they forgot me.
这些民照我所赐的食物得了饱足；既得饱足，心就高傲，忘记了我。
何13:7
So I will come upon them like a lion, like a leopard I will lurk by the path.
因此，我向他们如狮子，又如豹伏在道旁。
何13:8
Like a bear robbed of her cubs, I will attack them and rip them open. Like a lion I will devour them; a wild animal will tear them apart.
我遇见他们必像丢崽子的母熊，撕裂他们的胸膛（或作“心膜”）。在那里我必像母狮吞吃他们，野兽必撕裂他们。
何13:9
“You are destroyed, O Israel, because you are against me, against your helper.

Where is your king, that he may save you? Where are your rulers in all your towns, of whom you said, ‘Give me a king and princes’?
你曾求我说：‘给我立王和首领。’现在你的王在哪里呢？治理你的在哪里呢？让他在你所有的城中拯救你吧！
何13:11
So in my anger I gave you a king, and in my wrath I took him away.
我在怒气中将王赐你，又在烈怒中将王废去。
何13:12
The guilt of Ephraim is stored up, his sins are kept on record.
以法莲的罪孽包裹，他的罪恶收藏。
何13:13
Pains as of a woman in childbirth come to him, but he is a child without wisdom; when the time arrives, he does not come to the opening of the womb.
产妇的疼痛必临到他身上；他是无智慧之子，到了产期不当迟延。
何13:14
“I will ransom them from the power of the grave; I will redeem them from death. Where, O death, are your plagues? Where, O grave, is your destruction? “I will have no compassion,
我必救赎他们脱离阴间，救赎他们脱离死亡。死亡啊，你的灾害在哪里呢？阴间哪，你的毁灭在哪里呢？在我眼前绝无后悔之事。
何13:15
even though he thrives among his brothers. An east wind from the LORD will come, blowing in from the desert; his spring will fail and his well dry up. His storehouse will be plundered of all its treasures.
他在弟兄中虽然茂盛，必有东风刮来，就是耶和华的风从旷野上来。他的泉源必干，他的源头必竭。仇敌必掳掠他所积蓄的一切宝器。
何13:16
The people of Samaria must bear their guilt, because they have rebelled against their God. They will fall by the sword; their little ones will be dashed to the ground, their pregnant women ripped open.”
撒玛利亚必担当自己的罪，因为悖逆她的 神。她必倒在刀下，婴孩必被摔死，孕妇必被剖开。”
何西阿书第14章
何14:1
Return, O Israel, to the LORD your God. Your sins have been your downfall!
以色列啊，你要归向耶和华你的 神；你是因自己的罪孽跌倒了。
何14:2
Take words with you and return to the LORD. Say to him: “Forgive all our sins and receive us graciously, that we may offer the fruit of our lips.
当归向耶和华，用言语祷告他说：“求你除净罪孽，悦纳善行；这样，我们就把嘴唇的祭代替牛犊献上。
何14:3
Assyria cannot save us; we will not mount war-horses. We will never again say ‘Our gods’ to what our own hands have made, for in you the fatherless find compassion.”
我们不向亚述求救，不骑埃及的马，也不再对我们手所造的说：‘你是我们的 神。’因为孤儿在你耶和华那里得蒙怜悯。
何14:4
“I will heal their waywardness and love them freely, for my anger has turned away from them.
我必医治他们背道的病，甘心爱他们，因为我的怒气向他们转消。
何14:5
I will be like the dew to Israel; he will blossom like a lily. Like a cedar of Lebanon he will send down his roots;
我必向以色列如甘露，他必如百合花开放，如黎巴嫩的树木扎根。
何14:6
his young shoots will grow. His splendor will be like an olive tree, his fragrance like a cedar of Lebanon.
他的枝条必延长，他的荣华如橄榄树，他的香气如黎巴嫩的香柏树。
何14:7
Men will dwell again in his shade. He will flourish like the grain. He will blossom like a vine, and his fame will be like the wine from Lebanon.
曾住在他荫下的必归回，发旺如五谷，开花如葡萄树。他的香气如黎巴嫩的酒。
何14:8
O Ephraim, what more have I to do with idols? I will answer him and care for him. I am like a green pine tree; your fruitfulness comes from me.”
以法莲必说：‘我与偶像还有什么关涉呢？’我耶和华回答他，也必顾念他。我如青翠的松树，你的果子从我而得。”
何14:9
Who is wise? He will realize these things. Who is discerning? He will understand them. The ways of the LORD are right; the righteous walk in them, but the rebellious stumble in them.
谁是智慧人，可以明白这些事；谁是通达人，可以知道这一切。因为耶和华的道是正直的，义人必在其中行走；罪人却在其上跌倒。
